Breakfast Time at Tel-Wink Grill
Published on July 03, 2008
It's always breakfast time: There's something about eating breakfast at a random time that feels decadent. And at the Tel-Wink Grill (4318 Telephone Rd., 713-644-4933), no one will look at you funny for ordering breakfast at two in the afternoon. The menu has a whole page devoted to nothing but breakfast items, and the prices hark back almost to the '50s, when the place opened. You can get two eggs over easy, bacon and Polish sausage, homemade biscuits and homemade hash browns for just $5.45. Now that's a breakfast of champions, no matter when you eat it.
