The Malaysian curry seafood noodle soup ($5.95) at Kuala Lumpur (7818 Bellaire, 713-981-8822), made with chicken broth, includes strips of calamari, shrimp, scallops and surimi. It also has noodles, slices of okra and Japanese eggplant and tofu, which add additional color to an already eye-catching dish. Coconut milk adds creaminess, and curry powder adds flavor.
